Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, altered, two storey and attic, casement dormer with glazing bars. Sash window at first floor, with glazing bars. Flint and brick, painted. Toothed eaves band. Tumbled gable. Pantiles. Central entrance with window each side. Lower added wing.
Nos 27 to 31 (odd) [NHERs 47669, 47757 and 47773] and Front of former No 33 [NHER 47773] and No 35 [NHER 47867] form a group."
