September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century, two storey and attic, fairly steep pantiled roof, flush frame casement in front gable, wide first floor casement with glazing bars. Stucco, painted. Slightly projecting wood shop front, with entrance right."
