February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
18th century house. Brick. Pantile roof with coped gable ends. Moulded brick eaves, rusticated brick quoins, rubbed brick flat window arches, with moulded brick dripcourses to ground floor windows; 2 storeys. Three windows. Sashes with glazing bars in exposed cases. Central doorway with moulded architrave and entablature. Brick chimney stacks over gable ends. Garden area wall in front (east): flint cobbles with brick dressings; about 3-4 feet high.
