Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century; three storey, stucco, lined and painted, flank pilasters. Second floor moulded string course. Two sash windows at second floor with glazing bars. Three-light sash windows at first floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Pantile roof. Slightly projecting wood shop fronts with entrance left."
