Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed house. Pantile roof, hipped, overhanging eaves. Three storeys, basement and attic storey. Three windows wide. Two large, three-storeyed bay windows with curved side sashes with glazing bars, moulded eaves cornice continuing around bays...Central round-headed recessed doorway with semi-circular fanlight with intersecting glazing bars and panelled door. Attic storey set back on roof with stuccoed front...Including simple basement area railings."
