January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile hipped roof. Overhanging eaves with small paired shaped brackets. 3 storeys. 2 windows. 2nd floor left sash with glazing bars. On right 1st and 2nd floor and left 1st floor bay windows of sashes with glazing bars with rounded sides, and with decorative mouldings, friezes and cornice. Ground floor projecting 19th century shop with pilasters and cornice, new glazed and panelled doors, simple plank door on right.
The Wellington Public House and Nos 31, 33 and 35 form a group.
