Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Squared stucco, black glazed pantiled roof. Two storey, three bays. Ground floor two and first-floor three plate glass sashes with single glazing bar and two narrower sashes without upright glazing bar. Wooden porch with fluted columns with bases and capitals, doorcase with two fluted pilasters. Part glazed door c.1900."
