17th century and 18th century. Flint with red brick dressings. Pantile roof, east end hipped. At right angles to road. East end (No 74) facing road has later parapeted wall with modern casements. Interior: No 74 has chamfered ceiling beams. No 72 has segmental vaulted brick cellar. No 70 at rear, 18th century flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof with gabled ends, brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Three bays. Sashes with glazing bars and 19th century casements. Modern glazed door.
