Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Slate roof with gabled ends and wide overhanging eaves with paired brackets; 3 storeys. Four windows, later sashes without glazing bars. Ground floor taken up by modern car showrooms with large glazed sliding doors and modern fascia board over."

The mapped location of this designation record has been corrected.
When Listed in February 1979, this record was located at TF 91821 29719. It has been moved approximately 28m to the north-west of this point and is now located at TF 91848 29711, Connaught House, 15 Oak Street, Fakenham.
