Listing Description excerpt:
"Early/mid 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof, hipped. Three storeys. Five windows, sashes, Maynard House only with glazing bars. Two first-floor canted bays of sashes. Ground floor three-panelled doors with rectangular fanlights. Maynard House has hood with cornice on plain brackets."
