Summary

Holly Farm House is a former farmhouse dated to 1738, of red brick with a black glazed pantile roof. This two storey building is laid out in five bays and has attics and parapeted gables with tumbling and end chimney stacks.

Holly Farm House.
Former farm house. Dated 1738. Red brick with black glazed pantiled roof. Two storeys with attics, five bays. Four ground floor sashes with cambered brick arches. Five first-floor sashes all with glazing bars, 20th century. Central door with architrave and pentice porch, 20th century. First floor platband, dentil eaves cornice. Three 20th century dormers, with glazing bars. Parapeted gables with tumbling and end stacks. Date in east gable with platband at attic floor level.
