Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th century, building to north, two storey, three windows, red brick with flint panels. Pantile roof, hipped.
Nos 1 and 3 form a group with Arch House [NHER 47413] and Nos 52 and 54 Mill Road [NHER 47414]."
