Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Two storey and attic, red brick, three sash windows, at first floor with glazing bars, small centre panel. Steep pitch pantiled roof, two gabled casement dormers. Wide way through under east end, altered casement window to left.
Sunnyville forms a group with St Michael's House [NHER 40387] and St Michael's Cottage [NHER 40388], Jickling's Yard."
