June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, altered, two storey and attic, brick, limewashed. Dormer casement. Pantiles. Casement, at first floor, with glazing bars. Sash window, ground floor, with centre glazing bars.
Front of No. 33, all that now remains, with openings filled in, flint, limewashed, forming east wall of garden of No. 31.
Nos 27 to 31 (odd) [NHERs 47669, 47757 and 47773] and Front of former No 33 [NHER 47773] and No 35 [NHER 47867] form a group."
