Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, altered, two storey, flint and brick with front and end stuccoed lined and painted. Brick toothed eaves. Steep roof, pantiled, three near-flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, at first floor. Plinth. Panelled door with small porch. One storey wing to the east, with lean-to roof.
No 21, Wisteria Cottage [NHER 47452] and No 33 [NHER 46666] form group with the Wain [NHER 47453]."
