Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century flint, rusticated stucco quoins and window surrounds. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Hipped pantile roof; 2 storeys. Five windows, centre slightly projects with quoins. Sashes with glazing bars in exposed casing. Good central doorway (No 114) with thin pilasters, open pediment, semi-circular fanlight with tracery and fielded-panel door."
