Summary

This two storey pebble flint house of about 1800 has pale brick dressings, a slate roof and a rear wing to the right. The return walls of the house are angled to fit a triangular space between two converging lanes. The north façade has its middle part rendered and painted, with a stone plaque to the left inscribed 'Randall Buildings'. Inside is a curving open staircase with a mahogany handrail, plaster ceiling roses and plaster friezes. The attached garden walls converging to the front are of pebbled flint with pale brick dressings and are topped by spear-headed iron railings.

"House of about 1800. Pebble flint with gault brick dressings, slate roof with raised gable parapets. Three bays, two storeys, rear wing to right. House returns angled to fit triangular space between two converging lanes; end internal chimneystacks."
