June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th century, two storey, brick limewashed, toothed eaves band. Three near-flush-frame sash windows, at first floor, one with glazing bars remaining. Ground floor, three sash windows, now with central glazing bars only. Entrances with cambered heads.
Nos 43 to 47 (odd) [NHERs 47840 and 32077], Peardene [NHER 47408], Nos 51 and 53 [NHERs 47409 and 47444] and Nos 57 to 63 (odd) [NHER 47410, now demolished]."
