"Early to mid 19th century. Yellow brick. Hipped new pantile, roof. Overhanging eaves with paired brackets. 3 storeys. 3 windows 2nd floor sashes with glazing bars and louvred blinds, 1st floor sashes without glazing bars with cornices on brackets."
