Summary

A two storey brick house of about 1770 with a pantiled gabled roof. The front has three window bays and a central panelled door in a case of fluted columns under incised capitals. At the corners of the house are pilasters, and to the south is a late 18th century two storey single bay extension.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Circa 1770. Brick with pantiled roof, black glazed to front. Two storeys in three bays. Central panelled door in panelled reveals. Doorcase of fluted columns with bases and splayed incised capitals. Flat-headed hood over. Sash windows with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Pilasters at corners of house."
