Summary

No 34 is an 18th century cottage with walls of red brick and flint and a roof of red pantiles. The building has 19th century cast iron window casements and glazing bars and a wooden porch. These details identify it as a former Holkham Estate cottage.

"Cottage. C18. Walls red brick, flint. Roof red pantiles. Rear N to road: one storey, 2 bays; 2 bay W extension. Brick plinth, dentil cornice, brick parapet gables, one end stack, one off-centre stack. W gable flint, brick quoins and dressing, attic window filled in."
