September 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Flint with red brick dressings. Black-glazed pantile roof. Parapetted gable to south with yellow brick chimney stack. Two sash windows with glazing bars. Half-glazed entrance door, right hand side. Dentil eaves."
