Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof. 3 storeys. One window. 1st and 2nd floors 2-storeyed canted bay of sashes, with glazing bars only on 2nd floor. Ground floor plate glass in original window opening. Left hand doorway with cornice on console brackets, modern glazed door, right hand flush-panel door."
