Listing Description excerpt:
"18th or 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with hipped corner; two storeys. Corner site. Wells Road elevation, four windows, right hand centre first floor blocked, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor right hand centre new fielded panel door. Left hand corner ground floor splayed with shop entrance, flanked on both Wells Road and Nelson Road sides by small early 19th-century shop window with pilasters and cornice. Nelson Road, two windows, first floor sashes with glazing bars and right hand early 19th-century multipane shop window."
