Summary

These former offices are now a shop. The property dates to the early 19th century with 20th century alterations. It stands three storeys high but only has a single bay. The shopfront dates to the 20th century and there are two attached Corinthian columns and two pilasters rising through the top two floors. The roof has a modillion cornice and parapet above with lion masks.

June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Offices, now shop. Early 19th century with 20th century alterations. Rendered. Roof not visible. Three storeys. Single bay. 20th century shopfront with central door and 19th century rusticated quoins. Central first floor sash window with glazing bars and pediment supported on consoles. 20th century casement window at second floor."
