Summary

This large house has now been converted into a number of flats. It dates to the early 19th century and may be an extension of an earlier building. It is built from yellow brick with hipped slate roofing featuring a brick chimney. The panelled part-glazed double-leaf doors in central round-headed recess are flanked by fluted quarter columns and two Tuscan columns supporting a 20th century hood with plain entablature. The majority of windows are of the sash variety and have glazzing bars. Eaton Old Hall lies within a 20th century housing development in the former grounds of the house.
