Summary

No 12 was built in the mid 19th century as a house, and has since been converted for use as a school. This two storey building is of yellow brick with a hipped slate roof and three brick ridge chimneys.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now school. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof; three brick ridge chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows to right side elevation; six-panelled (double-leaf style) door is flanked by side windows under a fan-light with radial glazing bars in a deeply-recessed perch with outer pilasters supporting a dentilled hood with iron balustrade…Canted two-storey bay to right has full-height ground-floor windows and a decorated tile parapet. Box cornice."
