Summary

This house dates to the late 19th century. The right part is rendered and the left part is made from painted flint rubble with brick dressings. The pantiled roof has two yellow brick ridge chimneys to each wing. The scattered windows have wooden mullions and transoms. The left gable has a stone parapet and kneelers, with the right gable to the rendered wing is stepped with rosettes.

"House. Late 19th century. Right part rendered; left part painted flint rubble with brick dressings; pantiled roof; two yellow brick ridge chimneys to each wing. L-plan on corner site with ranges parallel to each frontage. Two storeys; scattered fenestration."
