Summary

Nos 3 and 5 are a former house, now converted into an office. Dating to the 18th century, this red brick building has long and short masonry quoins and a pantile roof. Constructed in three storeys with five bays, the building has a central door with panelled outer pilasters and a moulded inner surround with a keystone.

Listing Description:
Nos 3 and 5 Colegate Excerpt.
"Former house, now office. 18th century. Red brick with long and short masonry quoins. Pantile roof. Three storeys. Five bays. Central door with panelled outer pilasters and moulded inner surround with keystone. Pediment supported on carved consoles. Sash windows throughout with rubbed brick flat arches. Moulded eaves cornice."
