Summary

This house has now been split into two. It dates to the mid to late 19th century and has a yellow brick facade, slate roof and three brick ridge chimneys.The left part is now Chester House, with the right part being Magnoilia House. There are two steps up to the panelled door which is set in plain reveals and flanked by pilasters. The roof has a modillion cornice and a 20th century red brick garage has been added to the right.
