June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Rendered brick. Pantile roof at right angles to street line. Three storeys. Three bays. Central door. Two-storey bay windows in end-bays. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and moulded surround."
