Summary

Former house now office. Early 19th century. Painted brick and slate roof. Three storeys. Two bays. Door to right-hand side with semi-circular fanlight having radial glazing bars, moulded surround and rubbed brick outer arch. 20th century three-light window to the left of the door. Sash windows elsewhere with rubbed brick flat arches. Balconies to first floor windows with cast-iron railings. Fascia cornice.
