Summary

Surrey Cottage is an early 19th-century house of white brick with a slate roof. It is set back from the road between Nos 39 and 41, and is two storeys tall and divided into three bays.

Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. White brick and slate roof. Set back from road between Nos 39 and 41. Two storeys. Three bays. Central door with semi-circular fanlight having radial glazing bars. Sash windows with rubbed brick flat archs: glazing bars at first floor. Fascia cornice."
