April 1986. Listed Grade II.
List Entry Excerpt:
"C19. Knapped flint with red brick details; rendered left side; hipped pantile roof; central yellow brick ridge chimney and red brick stack to rear. Gothic style. Single storey with central ribbed door and 2 windows, all with pointed heads."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in April 1986, this record was located at TG 20732 06920. This incorrectly placed it at 419 Unthank Road. It has been moved approximately 175m to the SE of this point and is now located at TG 20870 07026, 405 Unthank Road.
