Summary

No 1 is an early 19th-century house with a yellow brick façade and a hipped slate roof. This two-storey building has a rendered wing to the right and two brick chimneys. The small wing has a recessed porch and one first-floor window with large panes, and is presumably a flying freehold above part of No 2 Victoria Street (NHER 48251).
