Summary

Nos 22 and 23 are a pair of early 19th-century houses with later 19th-century alterations. This two-storey red brick building has a hipped slate roof and two brick gable end chimneys. No 23 has a rendered plinth and both houses have a cellar.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early 19th century with later 19th-century alterations. Red brick with rendered plinth to No 23; hipped slate roof; two brick gable end chimneys. Two storeys and cellar; four first-floor windows. Central pair of four-panelled doors have plain fanlights in recessed round-headed gauged brick arches. No 22 has sixteen-pane sashes under flat gauged brick arches. No 23 has later canted two storey bay window to right with large-paned sashes. Box cornice."
