Summary

No 30 is an early 19th-century house of red brick with a hipped slate roof. This two-storey building has two gable end brick chimneys and a later extension set back to the right.

"House, early 19th century. Red brick; hipped slate roof; two gable end brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical. Panelled door with plain overlight has simple doorcase with pilasters. Sash windows with glazing bars have flat gauged brick arches…"
