Summary

Nos 5 and 6 are a pair of early to mid-19th-century houses with later additions. These two storey buildings are of yellow brick with a slate roof, and there are a total of four brick chimneys.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early to mid 19th century with later additions. Yellow brick; slate roof. Four brick chimneys. Two storeys; seven first-floor windows. Centre and end bay of No 6 are defined by brick pilasters. No 5 has projecting glazed porch with Doric columns (egg & dart on capitals) and dentilled hood. No 6 has plain fanlight in round-headed recess. Later ground-floor bay windows to right and left (post-1885). Other windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Box cornice."
