Listing Description excerpt:
"Former house now office. Late 18th century or early 19th century. Rendered and pantile roof. Three storeys. Three bays. Central door with portico having fluted Ionic columns and pilasters. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars. Vermiculated. Quoins and window surrounds. Scrolls above the rusticated quoins to the top windows. Box cornice. Two-span hipped roof."
