Summary

These buildings were formerly a bank and shop but are now an extension to the 'Ten Bells' Public House. They date to the early 18th century with 19th century and 20th century alterations. They have rendered exteriors and pantile roofs. No. 74 has a shopfront with a side door to the left. Both properties have sash windows throughout with glazing bars and segmental arches.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Former bank and shop. Nos 74 and 76 are now an extension to the 'Ten Bells' Public House. Early 18th century with 19th-century and 20th-century alterations. Rendered. Pantile roof. Three storeys. Two bays. Shop front to No 74 with left-side door, pilasters and fanlights and fascia with dentil course."

June 1980. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three-storey block of 18th-century date. Brick throughout with contemporary cellars. Some 16th-century moulded timbers have been reused on the first floor and now act as moulded cornices.
