Summary

Includes Nos. 26 and 28 Lower Goat Lane. These shops date to the 19th century and have rendered exterior and occupy a corner site. As such there are three bays to Pottergate. No. 18 has a late 19th century shopfront with the left-side comprising a partly glazed door and three-light window and narrow pilasters. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars except at left-side first floor level.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Includes Nos 26 and 28 Lower Goat Lane. Shops 19th century. Rendered. Pantile roof. Corner site. Three storeys. Three bays to Pottergate. 20th-century corner shopfront with corner and end doors. No 18 has a late 19th-century shopfront with left-side partly glazed door and three-light window and narrow pilasters. Yard entry at extreme right with simple pilasters and flat hood."
