Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century. It has a yellow brick façade with rendered details and a hipped slate roof. It stands two storeys high and the three first-floor windows are laid out symmetrically. Two of these windows have rendered architraves and small hoods on consoles. The central slightly projecting bay has a round-headed window below a pediment with a circular cast-iron ventilator grille.

"House. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick façade with rendered details; hipped slate roof; two side brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical. Panelled door with plain fanlight in recessed rounded-headed gauged brick arch is flanked by later canked bay windows with large-paned sashes and horns. Plain string course."
