June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick with rendered details. Hipped slate roof; two end brick chimneys. Two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical. End pilasters. Panelled door in rendered porch with windows in side walls has a plain overlight flanked by fluted Doric half-columns and triglyphs supporting a dentilled hood. Canted single-storey rendered bays to right and left have large-paned sashes with horns...Centre bay projects slightly."
