Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century. It is constructed from red brick with a hipped pantile roof featuring a brick chimney. The six-panelled door to right has simple moulded doorcase. The round-headed doorway in the flat-roofed extension to the left adjoins the rear of No.35 Newmarket Road (NHER 48061). This particular house is set well back from the building line.

"House. Mid 19th century. Red brick; hipped pantile roof; brick chimney. Two storeys; one first-floor window. Six-panelled door to right has simple moulded doorcase. Sixteen-pane sash windows have flat gauged brick arches. Round-headed doorway in flat-roofed extension to left adjoins the rear of No.35 Newmarket Road [NHER 48061]."
