Summary

This pair of houses date to the mid 19th century. They have a yellow brick facade with red brick sides and hipped slate roofing. The four first-floor windows in each of the two units are defined by pilasters. The two central bays house sixteen-pane sash windows flanked by smaller first-floor windows. The overhanging eaves have brackets in groups of three.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Mid 19th century. Yellow brick facade with red brick sides; hipped slate roof; central ridge brick chimney. Two storeys. Four first-floor windows each of the two units defined by pilasters. Six-panelled doors to right and left in panelled reveals have identical overlights with glazing bars and fluted Doric half-columns supporting dentilled hoods. Two central bays house sixteen-pane sashes flanked by smaller first-floor windows all under flat gauged brick arches. Overhanging eaves have brackets in groups of three."
