June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, Now two. Early 19th century. Yellow brick with ashlar details. Irregular hipped slate roof. Four brick chimneys. Greek revival style. Two storeys and attic; four first-floor windows. End bays defined by pairs of brick pilasters with capitals and single pilasters to projecting bay with pediment to right of centre. Steps up to six-panelled door with plain overlight and architrave with consoles…Left bay has hipped gable fronted roof. Gabled and pedimented dormer to right of centre and another similar to the right side elevation."
