Summary

This house dates to the mid 19th century. It has a painted brick exterior and sits atop a rendered plinth. The hipped slate roof has two side brick chimneys and the building features end pilasters. The windows have rendered lugged architraves with pediments on ground floor.

"House. Mid 19th century. Painted brick with rendered plinth; hipped slate roof; two side brick chimneys. Two storeys and basement. Three first-floor windows, symmetrical. End pilasters. Two steps up to half-glazed door with leaded cames in overlight. Porch has two pilasters and two Ionic columns."
