Summary

Nos 12 and 14 are a pair of early to mid-19th-century houses of yellow brick. This two-storey building has a hipped slate roof with a central gabled pediment and four brick chimneys.

Listing Description Excerpt:
" Pair of houses. Early to mid 19th century. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof with central gabled pediment; four brick chimneys. Two storeys; six first-floor windows. End bays set back, each with a panelled door and plain overlight...No. 14 has added 19th-century lean-to porch. Four bays, of which two project in centres are defined by brick pilasters…Moulded box cornice."
