Summary

No 12 is a former early 19th century house, now converted into flats. This two storey building is of red brick, with the ground floor rendered to half-way up, and white brick on the left-hand quoins, side and rear walls. The house has a good iron-work balcony at the rear, and concrete tiles and a fox cornice and hipped roof.

Former house, now flats. Early 19th century. Red brick, ground floor rendered to half-way up. White brick to left-hand quoins, side and rear walls. Concrete tiles. Two storeys. Three bays, plus passage entry to right. Right-hand off-centre 20th century door. Sash windows with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Three small additional windows. Sash window above passage with semi-circular arch and top sash. Fox cornice. Hipped roof. Good iron-work balcony to rear.
