Summary

Nos 25 and 27 are a pair of early to mid 19th century house of yellow brick which has been rusticated on the ground floor. This two storey building has a slate roof and a central red brick ridge chimney.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Pair of houses. Early/mid 19th century. Yellow brick; rusticated on ground floor; slate roof; central red brick ridge chimney; two storeys; three first-floor windows, symmetrical panelled doors to right and left have fanlights with glazing bars in rendered architraves. Round-headed ground-floor windows have glazing bars and rendered arches linked by a string course. First floor windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauges brick arches. Central rendered pilaster."
